The journey gives you the experience of a dive on board a real submarine, viewing the local marine life and volcanic structure of the Atlantic Ocean. Departing after a safety briefing in the reception centre, you'll relax in the comfort of the air-conditioned 18m submarine.

Submarine Safaris SL has been operating from Puerto Calero since 1997, and remains the only submarine tour operating from Lanzarote. The tour gives everyone the chance to see the magical mysteries of the under-sea world.

The submarine was designed and built in Finland, it's 18.5m long, 4m wide and 6.5m hight - so you're not too squashed. It can go as deep as 60m into the ocean. There are two very large viewing windows and 22 large viewports.
